Rates are per party and are for virtual sessions by video (Zoom). In-person sessions in the DFW area are available for all session lengths at $200 more per party. The cost of the meeting location is separate and is split by the parties.
Final pricing is confirmed during your free consultation and set out in your agreement to mediate. Cases with many parties or unusually extensive preparation may involve additional charges, always agreed in writing before any work begins.
Included In Every Session
- Private preparation conversations with each party before the session

How Parties Are Counted
The fee is per party. These simple rules decide who counts as a party, so there are no surprises.
- Each individual taking part in their own right is one party.
- A business or other entity is one party, no matter how many officers, employees, or representatives attend for it.
- Everyone represented by the same attorney is one party.
- A party with more than one attorney is still one party.
- People or entities with separate attorneys are separate parties, even if they are related or aligned.
The number of parties is fixed in a signed schedule when the agreement to mediate is signed. A party added afterward is billed the per-party fee.
Other Terms
Payment
Full payment is due 7 calendar days before the session.
Who Pays
Fees can be split equally or paid by one party or an employer, as set out in the agreement to mediate.
Overtime
Time beyond the booked session is billed at an hourly per-party rate stated in your agreement.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before the session for a full refund. Less than 72 hours before, each party’s fee is non-refundable for any reason.
